How do I reserve a Sarent car hire?

How is the rental on site?

When hiring on site, one of our friendly staff will be at your service and will be pleased to help and advise you.

Where and how will my Sarent rental car be returned?

Vehicle return can be done free of charge at all Sarent stations within Switzerland. Upon request, Sarent will collect your vehicle from you after you have received feedback.

How do I get my bill?

In terms of billing, you can choose between different variants. You can receive your invoice by postal or electronic means. Online you also have the option of requesting a copy of the invoice.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Your reservation can be canceled at any time using the reservation number and access code. The cancellation can be made under the item "Online Check-in".

Can I rent child seats, winter tires or other extras at Sarent?

All additional extras that are available for the vehicle group you have selected can be found in the third step of your reservation, after you have entered your personal information. You can simply add them to your reservation by clicking.

How do car group shortcuts fit together at Sarent?

The so-called ACRISS code is an international standard for grouping similar vehicle models into classes.

Can I rent a special car model from Sarent?

Sarent offers to rent groups, not individual vehicles.
